Observed numerous time-and-temperature control for safety (TCS) foods, including breakfast burritos and bottles of milk, with internal temperatures ranging between 50 and 58 degrees Fahrenheit in only reach-in refrigerator at micro-market. Please ensure TCS foods are held at 41F or colder. Ambient air temperature of refrigerator unit was measured at 51F during the inspection.
