Proper handwashing procedure is to rinse hands with warm water, scrub with soap for 10-15 seconds, rinse with warm water, dry with approved drying provision, and turn off in a manner to prevent re-contamination of hands. Recommendations from inspectors: re-print menu to include both English and Chinese on all food items and remove duck blood option.Currently, establishment is under old ownership and will be changing ownership at end of the summer. Current manager/ future new owner owns another restaurant and cooks duck at that location and sells at this location. Due to different ownership at this time, the cooked duck from other establishment is not allowed to be sold at this location. Via email, provided information on: Chinese handouts for handwashing, warewashing, storage, bodily fluid procedures, symptoms and diseases associated with food borne illnesses.Also provided new ownership application for future ownership change.Ensure all employees working with food obtain food worker certification from ANSI certified online site.
