Establishment is approved to stock and train.Correct the following items for permit approval:1) Provide an approved sprayer/potfill at the cookline – it cannot have a shut-off downstream of the atmospheric vacuum breaker. One has been ordered.2) Install an RPZ backflow preventer (ASSE 1013) on water line to carbonated water dispenser.3) Ensure all water lines are secured off the floor and above any drain lines (cookline, bar).4) Bar dish machine at over 200ppm chlorine (specs state for food sanitizing to be no more than 200ppm).
