Observed plastic food pans stacked and stored wet. All equipment and food contact surfaces must be air-dried after properly cleaning and sanitizing. PIC moved items back to the 3 compartment sink to be properly washed and air dried before stored. Corrective Action: Corrected at time of inspection.
