Spring shows signs of wear, resulting in the sprayer nozzle sagging down to the flood basin. Sprayer maintained a 1 in air gap from the flood rim at time of inspection, but will need to be replaced prior to next routine inspection.

Observed no hand soap at the hand sink located in the back food prep area near the dry storage racks at time of inspection. Discussed the importance of hand soap availability with PIC. Handwash sinks must be supplied with hot water of at least 100°F, soap and an approved hand drying provision at all times. Facilities must be maintained in a condition that promotes handwashing. PIC provided soap for handwash sink at time of inspection. Corrective Action: Corrected at time of inspection.

Observed packaged raw bacon stored above packaged folded egg on speed rack, and whole shell raw egg on cart with packaged raw ground beef in walk-in refrigerator. All raw foods should be stored below ready to eat foods.
