Inspector's notes

Observed grease buildup on wall behind grill and burners in kitchen area. Observed black material buildup on hoods as well. Person in charge stated they are in the process of removing and deep cleaning hood units and will take care of the wall today. Physical facility must be cleaned frequently enough to prevent accumulation of dirt, organic matter, and food debris. Must clean physical facility prior to next routine inspection. Corrective Action: Correct prior to next routine inspection.

Inspector's notes

Upon arrival, there was a sewage backup where the system is properly designed but not maintained. The restaurant self-closed. The floor sinks underneath the prep sink and 3-compartment sink were clogged and not draining water, but no water was overflowing at the time of inspection. Plumber arrived during inspection. Instructed manager to not open the establishment until repaired properly. Call for reinspection. Corrective Action: Correct prior to re-inspection.
