observed accumulation of napkins and debris near the floor drain near the back room, across from the food refrigerators. showed manager the mold accumulation due to towels and napkins , accumulating grown. please remove all towels and napkins from the wrapped circle around the floor drain. manager removed all. applied bleached and cleaned the exposed area. also some cardboards under the beverage packages accumulating visible mold. manager removed/cleaned all. suggested to placed beer packages on a designated rack, with 6inch above the floor clearance. this accessibility will be valuable for cleaning the affected area, showed manager. manager removed all soaked cardboards. Corrective Action: Corrected at time of inspection.
