Observed handwashing sink nearest to the 3-compartment sink/dish washing machine in the kitchen that have become or are starting to become detached from the wall. Discussed with the person in charge to reseal the handwashing sink with caulking so that the sinks are smooth and flush to the wall. Person in charge will reseal the handwashing sinks. All equipment must be maintained in good repair at all times. Repair all equipment to a state of good repair prior to next routine inspection.
