Observed no paper towels accessible at the time of inspection at the hand wash sink by the ice machine and the one in the kitchen. Discussed with person in charge (PIC) handwash sinks must be supplied with hot water of at least 100°F, soap and an approved hand drying provision at all times. Facilities must be maintained in a condition that promotes handwashing. PIC provided hand drying provision for handwash sink at time of inspection. Corrective Action: Corrected at time of inspection.

Observed several containers of foods in the reach in that are stored without any lids or plastic wrap to prevent contamination. Discussed with person in charge (PIC) all foods not in the cooling process shall be covered to prevent contamination. Corrective Action: Correct prior to next routine inspection.
