Observed wall mounted chemical sanitizer dispenser not properly dispensing sanitizer. Establishment is using Kay-5 individual sanitizer packets until wall mounted unit can properly pull sanitizer. Person in charge will manually mix sanitizer or use individual packets until dispenser is serviced/repaired. All sanitizers tested at the establishment were observed at proper concentration. Corrective Action: Correct prior to next routine inspection.

No County legal action will result from this inspection.At the time of inspection, establishment's Clover Vertica coffee machine still appears to have brass fittings connected to the machine downstream of the reverse osmosis filter. Per manager, installation service provider visited store to make correction after final construction inspection. The establishment shall replace the brass fittings with either stainless steel or plastic fittings. Instructed general manager to contact installation provider to confirm correction was made.
