Correct the noted items within 30 days. One 3-ompartment sink is used as a prep sink; the other 3-compartment sink is used for ware washing. Ensure each tasks takes place in the appropriateThis establishment/operation has demonstrated sufficient compliance to proceed with the permit issuance. To complete the permitting process, issuance of this permit, and begin operation, the applicant must first submit payment of the annual operating permit fee to the Department. Per MCEHC Chapter I, Regs 4 & 5, no person shall conduct an operation or operate an establishment for which a permit is required without holding the necessary and valid permit to do so.
Inspector's notes
1) Re-plumb hand sink drain so that drain does not splash water onto floor. Ensure a minimum 1” air gap is maintained. 2) Install stainless steel splash guards on both sides of hand sink in produce room. Ensure that splash guards are to the height of the faucet and depth of the hand sink. 3) Install a true, minimum 1” unobstructed air gap at chemical dispenser for veggie rinse sink. Currently installed flex gap is not approved. 4) Repair hole in wall underneath hand sink. Correct the noted items within 30 days.
