Observed a water bottle at the 3-compartment sink with a pink liquid. Per operator the liquid in the water bottle is dish soap. Working containers used for storing poisonous or toxic materials such as cleaners and sanitizers taken from bulk supplies shall be clearly and individually identified with the common name of the material. Operator labeled the water bottle at time of inspection. Corrective Action: Corrected at time of inspection.

Observed a heavy accumulation of grease buildup along the vent system above the fryer. Observed an accumulation of grease and oil on the floor underneath the fryer. Physical facility must be cleaned frequently enough to prevent accumulation of dirt, organic matter, and food debris. Must clean physical facility prior to next routine inspection. Corrective Action: Correct prior to next routine inspection.
