Observed cooked pork in plastic container sitting at an internal temperature of 120F. Person in charge states that items were cooked about an hour ago. Had person in charge reheat pork back to 165F. Except during preparation, cooking, cooling or when time is used as a control all TCS foods must be maintained at 135°F or above. Corrective Action: Corrected at time of inspection.
