Inspection was conducted at the Mobile Food Office.Notice of inspection rights were signed by Adiel C.Inspection report was printed and handed to operator at time of inspection.Please correct the following prior to the issuance of a permit:>The name of the establishment shall be plainly indicated on sides and rear of the exterior of the vehicle in letters of contrasting colors at least three incheshigh with a minimum of 3/8 inch wide. Business name is currently only on the front side of the unit and measures two inches high. >Provide a separate fresh water tank that measures 5 gallons dedicated only to the hand washing sink. The fresh water tank shall have an inlet that measures 3/4 of an inch or less.>Provide refrigeration at 41*F or less. The refrigeration measured 66*F at time of inspection.
