Observed accumulation of trash/garbage in the back for pick up in garbage area. As per PIC said they are sharing dumpster with school and cafeteria leading it to be overfilled and not being able to dispose of garbage properly. Would recommend increasing the frequency of dumpster pick up or getting a separate dumpster specifically for the cafeteria to minimize objectionable odors and other conditions that attract or harbor insects and rodents. 5-502.11 - Core: Frequency-Removal

Observed door in the back of kitchen leading to mop sink area outside weather stripping partially missing leaving gap opened. Also observed air curtain for same door not functioning. Observed broken tile on baseboard in facility in back kitchen. Physical facility must be maintained in good repair at all times.
