****2nd Consecutive Violation**** Observed the women's restrooms that had a trash receptacle with no lid on them. Discussed with the person in charge that any restroom that can be used by a female should have a trash receptacle with a lid so that sanitary napkins can be properly disposed of. Corrective Action: Correct prior to next routine inspection.
