Egg ham and cheese, chicken swiss, ham swiss, sausage egg and cheese, sausage egg, bacon sausage cheddar, barbeque rib sandwiches all had an internal temperature of 54-55*F. Angus Cheeseburger and jalapeno cheeseburger both had an internal temperature of 54-55*F. Person in charge explained that the sandwiches and burgers have been in there for 6 days. Person in charge was informed he must discard the items.
