In carafe at customer self service area, observed dairy creamer at 62F. Except during preparation, cooking, cooling or when time is used as a control all TCS foods must be maintained at 41°F or below. Eggs not treated to destroy Salmonellae can be stored in equipment that maintains an ambient air temperature of 45°F or below. PIC immediately voluntarily discarded the creamer. Recommended using time as a public health control for monitoring the dairy at room temperature. Emailed guidance document. Corrective Action: Corrected at time of inspection.

Applications with supporting documentation can be submitted via the customer portal "Permit Center" online at maricopacountyaz-energovweb.tylerhost.net/apps/selfservice#/home. Establishment conducted a re-model without prior approval that included removing a men's bathroom with one urinal and one toilet, women's restroom with one toilet and a mop sink. Establishment added a women's restroom with three toilets and two hand washing sinks and a men's bathrooms with two urinals, one toilet and two hand washing sinks. Establishment did not add a mop sink after remodel was complete.
