Observed floor sink (connected to 3-compartment sink & hand-sink) to be overflowing during routine emptying of the 3-compartment sink. Per PIC, the floor sink floods over into the surrounding area about once a day. Discussed that floor sinks must be maintained such that maximum water flow is properly conveyed to sewage. Splashing must be minimized, and all waste must be properly discharged. PIC cleared the water discharge from the area and sanitized the floor at time of inspection. All plumbing must be maintained in good repair at all times. Corrective Action: Corrected at time of inspection.
