Observed leftover fuzzy material hanging off hood and grill area. Discussed with person in charge importance of keeping it clean to sight and touch, to avoid matter falling into hot held food. PIC cleaned grill area immediately so there is no chance of contamination. Physical facility must be cleaned frequently enough to prevent accumulation of dirt, organic matter, and food debris. Corrective Action: Corrected at time of inspection.
