Inspector's notes
Observed no sanitizer or functioning dish machine in facility. Per person-in-charge (PIC), establishment uses coffee pots and patrons utilize ceramic dishware. PIC stated establishment will pause use of multi-use dishes until sanitizer can be provided. Discussed the importance of proper sanitizer levels and proper monitoring of sanitizer levels. Provide approved sanitizer prior to re-inspection. Corrective Action: Correct within 24 hours.

Observed no chemical sanitizer test strips in facility. Test strips are required for any sanitizers used with food contact surfaces. Provide sanitizer test strips for sanitizer in use prior to re-inspection. Corrective Action: Correct prior to re-inspection on 2/21/2025.
