Core-5-205.15 (B), C: System Maintained in Good Repair; Maintained>>>Observed heavily rusted floor grease trap in disrepair and in use. Noxious odors were also present and emanating from grease trap. Discussed with PIC that all plumbing systems must be maintained in good repair. PIC said a work order was just put in to have the floor grease trap repaired/replaced.
