The establishment received multiple pans of chicken salad, corn salad, and cucumber salad (with yogurt) at 45-48F to assemble for senior meal delivery. The person that delivered the food items stated that the food had been made and/or portioned within the last 3 hours. The PIC placed all items into the blast chiller and freezers to rapidly cool. Ensure that refrigerated TCS food items are received in proper condition and at 41F or below . Corrective Action: Corrected at time of inspection.
