Inspector's notes

Observed sanitizer bucket with quaternary ammonia to measure 0ppm. Person in charge stated it had been made about an hour ago. All wet wiping cloths must be stored in sanitizer buckets with approved sanitizer concentrations (200-400ppm for quat tablets). Additional quat tablet was added to sani bucket, discussed using two tablets normally. Wiping cloths were placed in sanitizer buckets with approved sanitizer concentrations at time of inspection. Corrective Action: Corrected at time of inspection.
