Observed the AVB at the mop sink leaking when water is turned on. Informed PIC that the AVB needs to be looked at by a backflow specialist to ensure that it is functioning properly. Repair AVB prior to next routine inspection. All plumbing must be maintained in good repair at all times. Must repair all plumbing to a state of good repair prior to next routine inspection. Corrective Action: Correct prior to next routine inspection.
