Inspector's notes

Observed glue traps in bathroom and dry storage room with an abundance of dead German and American cockroaches. Discussed with PIC discarding glue traps once they are full to prevent attraction of additional pests. PIC stated that they would have pest control come more frequently to replace glue traps. No live pest activity was observed at time of inspection. Corrective Action: Correct prior to next routine inspection.
