Inspector's notes

Observed handwashing sink in the kitchen with a mixing valve to be dispensing water at inconsistent temperatures, between 50°F and 120°F. Per PIC, the school has been attempting to have the plumbing and electricity serviced to ensure handwashing sink is operational. Handwash sinks must be supplied with hot water of at least 100°F, soap and an approved hand drying provision at all times. Facilities must be maintained in a condition that promotes handwashing. Corrective Action: Correct prior to re-inspection on 01/21/2025.
