Observed wiping cloth bucket in three compartment sink at the time of inspection with 0ppm chlorine on inspectors and establishments test strips. All wet wiping cloths must be stored in sanitizer buckets with approved sanitizer concentrations. Insufficient lighting at the three compartment sink and hand sink outside of the restroom in the back area. The light intensity shall be at least 215 lux (20 foot candles) at a distance of 75 cm (30 inches) above the floor in areas used for handwashing, warewashing, and equipment and utensil storage, and in toilet rooms. Provide sufficient lighting in warewashing and handwashing area in the back prior to next routine inspection. Corrective Action: Correct prior to next routine inspection.
