No County legal action will result from this inspection.Observed only hot water measuring between 138-144*F from the hot and cold water faucets at all sink fixtures throughout the facility. Water from the hot and cold lines appears to be from the same source. Observed employees properly washing hands. PIC placed a work order on the plumbing at the time of inspection to have the cold water restored. Advised PIC employees should be able to comfortable wash hands in water 100*F or above.
Inspector's notes
Observed a large light gap under the double doors between the kitchen are dry storage area. Observed an accumulation of dust and outside debris from a storm yesterday evening. Ensure outer entry points are properly sealed when not in use to help prevent pest entry and other sources of contamination. Repair/replace door sweep and weatherstripping as necessary to restore a tight seal. Corrective Action: Correct prior to next routine inspection.
