Observed single service salad and mozzarella cheese sticks cold holding on gel packs on serving line at internal temperature of 49 deg F. Manager informed the food items had been left on counter a short time prior and place back in reach in units. Manager informed they will place these food items in future under time as a public health control. Corrective Action: Corrected at time of inspection.
