Inspector's notes
At time of inspection, observed mop sink draining extremely slow and had standing water. The water was clear with a little bit of bubbles. Per PIC, the pipes are old, and there is a work order in to repair the drain to get it flowing again. A follow up visit will be conducted in March, to ensure the mop sink is draining properly. Corrective Action: Corrected at time of inspection.
