Reviewed and discussed: food protection procedure regarding chicken tenders. Cooling procedures. Of note: Establishment has work order to address water issues. Reminder: If no water to facility, establishment would be required to voluntarily close. A Certified Food Protection Manager and Certificate are needed during open hours of operation. Recommend: addressing water pressure issue at main hand sink. Adding CO2 Sensor for CO2 tanks. Please ensure and RPZ backflow preventer is on water line to soda CO2 units.
