Reach in refrigerator #34 near hot holding station and cold holding units near deli with an ambient temperature above 45*F. Person in charge stated all foods are on time control and will be discarded at end of service. All units should be in good repair. Manager to place work order hand have units looked at. 4-501.11 - Core: Good Repair and Proper Adjustment-Equipment Predefined Comment: All equipment must be maintained in good repair at all times. Repair all equipment to a state of good repair prior to next routine inspection.
