Inspector's notes
Observed oriental noodles, potato salad, pasta salad, and a container of half-and-half held in front cold-holding display case at 48*F-50*F. Ambient air temperature of unit was at a minimum of 45*F. Per person-in-charge (PIC), TCS foods were placed in unit the night prior. PIC could not confirm when said unit went out of temperature. All TCS foods improperly cold held were discarded by PIC at time of inspection. Except during preparation, cooking, cooling or when time is used as a control all TCS foods must be maintained at 41°F or below. PIC stated unit will not be used to store TCS foods until repairs can be made. Establishment has sufficient cold-holding capacities. Corrective Action: Corrected at time of inspection.

Observed bottles of Ibuprofen and Advil on dry storage shelf with spices above prep table next to walk-in. All medicines must be stored away from food, utensils, and single service items to prevent contamination. All medicines were relocated and properly stored by PIC at time of inspection. Corrective Action: Corrected at time of inspection. 7-209.11 - Core: Storage-Other Personal Care Items Addl Notes: Observed closed employee beverages stored on dry storage shelf with spices above prep table next to walk-in. PIC moved all employee items to a separated area at time of inspection. Employee belongings must be stored on a non-food-contact surface and kept separate from exposed food, clean equipment, and unwrapped single-service and single-use articles. Corrective Action: Corrected at time of inspection.
