Three boxes of raw chicken and are delivered this morning held at 50 degrees F in the walk-in cooler. Cooked breast chicken with a date mark of two days ago held at 50 degrees F in the walk-in cooler. Boiled eggs dated today are held at 50 degrees F. Cooked chicken two days ago was discarded. Other items prepared or received less than 4 hours ago were transferred to the beer walk-in cooler adjacent to this walk-in cooler for rapid cooling and reached the proper temperature. Corrected at the time of inspection.

The walk-in cooler has an ambient temperature of 47 degrees F. Repair to be able to maintain temperature at 41 degrees F or less. All TCS food was transferred to beer walk-in cooler until the repair is completed. Repair by re-inspection.
