Observed the a final rise chlorine sanitizer level at 0 ppm in the dishwasher after running it several cycles. The final rinse was adjusted to be at 50 ppm. at the time of inspection. Corrective Action: Corrected at time of inspection.

Observed a customer come in with a dog at the time of inspection with not indication that the animal was an assistance animal. Only, assistance animals are allowed inside of a food service facility. The operator had the customer remove the dog at the time of inspection. Corrective Action: Corrected at time of inspection. Provided information on ADA regulations for assistance animals.
