Observed opened packaged of hot dogs in the small cooler behind the registers with no date mark. Per employee on duty, employees from a third party company handle the ready-to-eat (RTE) foods. All opened, RTE foods must be date marked within 24 hours of being opened. Employee did not have a way of knowing how long hot dogs had been in the cooler. Hot dogs were discarded at time of inspection. Corrective Action: Corrected at time of inspection. PRIORITY VIOLATION-3-501.18 - Priority: Ready-To-Eat Time/Temperature Control for Safety Food, Disposition. Taquitos were discarded at time of inspection. Corrective Action: Corrected at time of inspection.
