Observed soiled flooring underneath the equipment on the main cook line. CLean and maintain clean. 6-201.11 - Core: Floors, Walls and Ceilings-Cleanability Addl Notes: Observed bare drywall patch on the ceiling in the main kitchen. Prime and paint patch with semi gloss or higher sheen paint so that it is smooth and easily cleanable. Correct prior to next routine inspection.

Upon arrival, establishment is closed. Spoke with employee who stated hours of operation have changed. Open Mondays starting at 4:00 PM, closed Tuesdays and Wednesdays, and open starting at 12:00 PM Thursday-Sunday. An inspection will be conducted at a later time.
