Inspector's notes

Observed half and half creamer 47*F, vanilla creamer 48*F, chocolate milk 44-50*F, birthday cake milk 44*F, chicken sandwich 45*F, rib meat sandwich 46*F, breakfast sandwich with eggs 44*F in the walk in cooler at the time of inspection. Except during preparation, cooking, cooling or when time is used as a control all TCS foods must be maintained at 41°F or below. PIC was unable to determine how long the TCS food items had been out of temperature and had been in the unit since the previous day. All TCS foods improperly cold held were discarded by PIC at time of inspection. Corrective Action: Corrected at time of inspection.
