Observed tomatoes temp at 44*F on prep-table. Per PIC tomatoes were placed out at 7:30am, had PIC move tomatoes to walk-in to cool and get at proper temp of 41*F and switch out with tomatoes from walk that were in temp. Advised that PIC check temperatures to ensure all items are in temperature. TSC foods shall be cooled in proper refrigeration equipment prior to being put in make table.
