Observed strong rotting smell in warehouse back room. Upon further investigation behind the building, trash compactor/dumpster found leak waste water onto exterior pavement. After an advisory visit on 8/30 and re-inspection on today's date (9/9), problem still unresolved. Please correct with a dumpster that does not leak and free of odor by re-inspection. 9/19/24

Observed Male produce employee enter open prep area from exterior, touch face and attempt to glove for cutting fruit. Employee was asked to wash hands and did so at time of inspection. Hands must be clean before dawn gloves to work with open food. Corrective Action: Corrected at time of inspection.
