Observed limes, lemons, and various opened purees and juices in walk-in refrigerator as well as styrofoam cups filled with ice. Observed a bar area outside plumbed with a 3-comp sink, refrigeration, and a hand sink. Per management, mixed drinks are served to customers in disposable cups. Establishment was operating outside the scope of their retail permit. Discussed with manager and establishment will apply for a Eating and Drinking permit for the bar.
