Observed inside cold unit raw eggs and bacon stored directly above RTE food such as coconut water and half & half. Per PIC, she did not know about the rules when it comes to raw products. PIC moved all raw eggs and bacon to the lowest shelf at time of inspection. Corrective Action: Corrected at time of inspection.
