#55 — Physical Facilities Installed, Maintained, and CleanCore6-201.11

Inspector's notes

Observed large hole around the cleanout for the three compartment sink in the back room. Hole is currently much larger than necessary to provide cleanout access. Install cover or repair drywall to a diamater that only allows for access to cleanout with no extra cutout. Corrective Action: Correct prior to next routine inspection.
