Observed food service worker drink from cup while touching straw , contaminating their hands and then not washing their hands as they continued to serve customers with juice orders. Discussed the importance of proper hand washing and when hand washing is required with the person-in-charge (PIC). Hands must be washed at any time contamination occurs and when changing tasks. Corrective Action: Corrected at time of inspection. Employees shall wash their hands after contaminating them to prevent cross contamination to food product and equipment. REPEAT VIOLATION.

Observed the facility's front hand-washing station blocked by a cart. PIC relocated all items blocking handwash sink at time of inspection. Corrective Action: Corrected at time of inspection. The hand-washing station shall be accessible at all times to allow for food employees to wash their hands to prevent contamination of food product and equipment.

Hands must be washed at any time contamination occurs and when changing tasks. Predefined Comment: Employee properly washed hands at handwash sink at time of inspection. Predefined Comment: Discussed the importance of proper hand washing procedures with the person-in-charge (PIC). Proper handwashing procedure is to rinse hands with warm water, scrub with soap for 10-15 seconds, rinse with warm water, dry with approved drying provision, and turn off in a manner to prevent re-contamination of hands. Entire process should take approximately 20 seconds for full and proper handwashing to prevent spread of pathogens and contamination.

Observed panned cooked chicken sitting out on kitchen counter at 60*f degrees per PIC chicken was pulled from walk-in fridge and set out to prep. for the duration of the entire inspection chicken was left out and not prepared. Item returned to walk-in fridge to cool. Observed 2 gallons of milk out of temperature inside small beverage fridge at 48*f degrees. Milk inside unit for unknown amount of time and discarded. Corrective Action: Corrected at time of inspection.
