2nd Repeat Violation. In the prep cooler by the fryers, observed tcs foods between 46 and 53 degrees. Foods included various types of cooked chicken, raw beef, raw fish, bean sprouts, garlic in oil, and pre cooked noodles. All foods had been in the unit less than 4 hours and they were moved to the walk in cooler to rapidly cool.

On the dry storage shelf, observed 3 bags of dried minced garlic with heavy chew marks and holes in them. Observed rodent droppings on top of the freezer next to the dry food shelving. Pest control was on site earlier today. Per their report, the store is experiencing heavy rodent activity. Establishment must remain free of pests. Please continue to utilize pest control. Please continue to monitor the store to ensure there are no areas that may attract or harbor rodents.
