In the food prep sink, observed a bowl of partially submerged frozen chicken thawing under cold running water. When thawing frozen TCS food under cold, running water, ensure the food is completely submerged. Recommended using a deeper bowl. Packages of the frozen chicken were removed at time of inspection. Corrective Action: Corrected at time of inspection.
