Repeat Violation Core-3-602.11, C: Food Labels ------ Various non-TCS dry goods are being sold at establishment that observed with a label that does not meet minimum requirements including: spices, grains, legumes, dried fruits, buts etc. Observed multiple variations of labels containing some but not all of the required information. PIC stated new labels have been ordered and are slowly being transitioned over. Ensure that foods are properly labeled the name of the establishment, address or phone number of establishment, approximate weight of food, and description of food by the next routine inspection.
