This establishment is on the Cutting Edge of food safety received a(n) A+ Grade and had 0 Priority, 0 Priority Foundation violations on this inspection.Upon inspection, a remodel has taken place which may require an application and plans to be submitted, and/or additional permits. Please submit an application, supporting documentation, and fees within 5 business days.>>>Observed 4 combi-ovens in the school lunch room kitchen. Observed an RPZ behind the units connected to a water line that was connected to water purification systems that were connected to the ovens. Person in charge indicated 2 of the combi-ovens were installed December 2022; these combi-ovens did not replace pre-existing units. Inspector could not find a remodel permit for that installation. Person in charge indicated the 2 other combi-ovens were installed after the permit was acquired in 1993; no remodel permits were observed after the permit was acquired in 1993. Person in charge was informed that a remodel permit may be required when there is the installation of new equipment that is connected to a water supply line. Establishment must submit a remodel permit within 5 business days or 04/15/24.A copy of the inspection report was emailed.Due to the violations noted on this inspection report, County legal action may result from this inspection.On July 1st, 2023, the Environmental Services Department started emailing permit card(s) and permit invoice(s) to permittees.
