Core-6-501.11, C: Repairing-Premises, Structures, Attachments, and Fixtures-Methods Observed missing cove base in the east concession stand and rust on the wall underneath the ac cooling unit in the west concession stand. Alerted maintenance and person in charge. Establishment to replace the missing cove base and to clean the rust with warm soapy water and seal the compartment with a food safe semi-gloss paint or another approved sealant, before the next routine inspection.
